Tipi is Quintains' first Build to Rent project at Wembley Park, with interiors designed by Manser Practice.

Manser Practice asked Republic of Living to develop and produce the bespoke upholstered seating in the shared public spaces of this exciting new development.  We were given a very tight brief, and responded with our own set of CAD shop drawings which were signed off, and then put into production in our partner's facility in Portugal.

The units are two seating groups located in the Montana and Dakota buildings, with upholstered partitions at varying heights, and the seating sections are on industrial strength wheels, set-back underneath the units, so they are easy to move around the space.

All the upholstery was specified from Kvadrat's various ranges. 

In the entrance lobby, we produced a 3.5 metre long steel-framed bench with a oak seat, and upholstered seat cushions.  

We also supplied various round and square poufs from Stockholm design brand Hem.
